How do I order?
Use “Request order and shipping quote” on a product to choose your scent and quantity, then select pickup or local delivery. Delivery is available only within 10 miles of our pickup location in Weatherford, TX 76087, subject to address confirmation. Mailed shipping is currently unavailable. We confirm availability, timing and the complete total before sending a Square invoice. A request is not a paid order.
When will my order arrive?
Standard orders are delivered within 7 days of payment. Personalized and larger custom orders follow the timeline confirmed in your quote.
Where can I receive my order?
Choose pickup by arrangement or local delivery within 10 miles of our pickup location in Weatherford, TX 76087. We verify your delivery address before accepting the order. Orders with a product subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free local delivery within this area; delivery for smaller orders is quoted before payment. Mailed shipping and delivery outside the 10-mile area are currently unavailable.
Can I order gift boxes for any occasion?
Yes. Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, holidays, housewarmings, thank-yous—or simply thinking of someone. Share the occasion and any personalization ideas in your request.
What is in the Farmhouse Gift Box?
A 12 oz candle, linen and room spray, recipe card, cutting board, towel, honey dipper and spoon. It comes in a 12 × 9-inch box. Decorative extras shown in photos may vary.
Is personalization included?
Personalization is free for realtor and corporate gift orders on eligible items. We confirm your design before production. The personalized wood prices include the example engraving or simple name/date changes. Photo conversion, new artwork, other custom work and wholesale personalization are quoted before invoicing.
What if something arrives damaged or I need to change an order?
Email hello@maypearlfarms.com or text 817-919-5442 with your order details so we can help. Contact us before paying if you need a specific delivery date or have questions about a custom design.
What happens to my information?
Your product selections are saved in this browser so you can continue your request. When you submit a request, your contact details, selections and any uploaded artwork are sent to MayPearl Farms through Netlify Forms to handle your inquiry. We do not collect payment-card details on this website. Square checkout or your Square invoice handles payment.
